Educated at the world famous Bocuse school, Dominique can offer you some authentic cooking made with fresh, local and seasonal products. We source mainly in the local market and directly from producers in a short circuit store.
The CONTINENTAL (French) buffet breakfast at Moulin de Buffière (included in the room rate), from 8:30 to 10:00 am, is taken inside ou outside (depending on the weather)
It is composed by : coffee, tea or hot chocolate, different varieties of fresh bread, fruit juice, seasonal fruits, home made pastries (pudding, spice bread, rice cake…), original flavour jams and yoghourts… everything (except bread) is home made
French breakfast does not included salted food (cheese, charcutery), if you want some we could propose a plate of cheese and charcutery with additional cost. (to order the day before or the morning)

As is custom in host table we all share together the dinner at 8pm (spring and summer) or at 7:30pm (autumn and winter), inside or outside, depending on the weather
the dinner is composed with: aperitive, 4 courses meal, wine and coffee included

Cork duty: in case of drinks brought by the customer, a corkage fee of € 2 per person will be charged.

Charter of the host table: It is the “owners of the guest rooms who invite their guests to share their own dinner “for a fee”. This is a single menu meal, taken together at the same table at a fixed time, reserved for the persons accommodated and whose price and the days are freely fixed.
