Educated at the world famous Bocuse school, Dominique can offer you some authentic cooking made with fresh, local and seasonal productsWe source mainly in the local market and directly from producers in a short circuit store.


The CONTINENTAL (French) buffet breakfast at Moulin de Buffière (included in the room rate), from 8:30 to 10:00 am, is taken inside ou outside (depending on the weather)

Normally it is a buffet, this season, for health reasons (COVID -19 cause), it will be  individual trays from 8:30 am to 10 am, which you can eat on the private terrace which will be allocated to you.

It is composed by : coffee, tea or hot chocolate, different varieties of fresh bread, fruit juice, seasonal fruits, home made pastries (pudding, spice bread, rice cake…), original flavour jams and  yoghourts… everything (except bread) is home made

French breakfast does not included salted food (cheese, charcutery), if you want some we could propose a plate of cheese and charcutery with additional cost. (to order the day before or the morning)
