(depending on the season: Beef Bourguignon, Chicken “Vire Clessé”, “Coq au vin”, eggs “Meurette”)…
8 pm : enjoy together the food that you have cooked

Gaufres 3

"gaufrette Mâconnaise"

arrival at 4:30pm
gaufrette dough preparation
baking and “rolling” technique of the gaufrette
you will take the prepared gaufrette for your friends and family

The cooking workshop of Moulin de Buffière have to be booked at least 2 weeks before
No workshop from June 15 to September 15
